Terms of service & terms of sale

Last updated: 28 September 2026

These terms govern access to and use of the Sealio service at usesealio.com. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms in full.

Terms of service

1. What the service does

Sealio is an AI copilot for sales calls. The service listens to calls in real time through your microphone or the audio of a video meeting, transcribes the conversation, and shows suggested replies based exclusively on your product sheet. It runs as a web application and a browser extension (Chrome/Edge).

The service is published under the trading name Sealio (legal entity being incorporated). Legal entity: [TO BE COMPLETED BY RÉGIS: registered legal entity name]. Postal address: [TO BE COMPLETED BY RÉGIS: registered office postal address]. Contact: hello@usesealio.com.

2. Account creation and access

To use the service you must create an account with a valid email address and set a password. You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account. Any unauthorised use must be reported immediately to hello@usesealio.com.

3. Acceptable use

The service is intended for lawful professional use. You may not:

  • Record or transcribe conversations without the prior consent of all participants, as required by applicable law.
  • Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or otherwise improper purposes.
  • Attempt to decompile, disassemble or extract the source code of the service.
  • Carry out bulk or automated usage beyond the limits described in your plan (see the Pricing section).
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service to third parties without prior written agreement.

Sealio reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that breaches these rules, without refund or notice in the case of serious misconduct.

4. Intellectual property

The Sealio service, its interface, its code, its algorithms and its editorial content are the exclusive property of Sealio. No license other than the right to access the service is granted.

The data you enter (product sheets, scripts, call content) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of providing the service.

5. Availability and liability

Sealio makes every effort to keep the service continuously available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance may be necessary.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sealio's liability is limited to direct damage and cannot exceed the amount paid by the user over the previous three months.

Sealio is not liable for commercial decisions taken on the basis of suggestions generated by the copilot. The service is a decision-support tool, not professional advice.

6. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

7. Changes to these terms

Sealio may change these terms at any time. Changes are notified by email or by a notification in the application. Continuing to use the service after notification constitutes acceptance.

Terms of sale

8. Plans and pricing

Sealio offers monthly subscriptions. The applicable prices are those shown on the Pricing page at the time you subscribe.

Confirmed founding-member offer: Pro at $29 per user/month, instead of $59, for 50 spots, locked for life and charged only at launch.

Planned public launch prices, in US dollars:

  • Starter: $25/month · 1 user · around 15 assisted calls a month
  • Pro: $59/user/month · fair use
  • Business: $419/month · 5 seats included

Sealio reserves the right to change its prices. Any change will be notified to you with reasonable notice.

9. Early access and beta

Sealio is still in development. Joining early access triggers no payment. Selected members test free during beta; billing begins only when the service launches.

10. Billing and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly, in US dollars, through Paddle, our merchant of record and payment processor. Paddle processes the payment, issues the invoice, calculates any sales tax or VAT at checkout, and handles refunds.

If a payment fails, access to the service may be suspended until the situation is resolved.

11. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions are set out in our Refund policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. In short: no charge before launch, 14 days from the first payment to request a full refund, and cancellation at any time taking effect at the end of the period already paid for.

12. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms were originally drafted in French; this English version is provided for convenience. Where applicable law provides for it, consumer rights under your national law continue to apply.

In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at hello@usesealio.com so we can look for an amicable solution. As the legal entity is not yet incorporated, no competent court can be designated at this date. Jurisdiction will be specified once the company is definitively incorporated.

Consumers resident in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
