1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when you visit a site. Cookies let a site remember information about your visit and make certain features work.
2. Cookies set by Sealio
2.1 Functional cookies (strictly necessary)

These storage entries support consent, language display and first-campaign attribution for a signup. They do not alter navigation URLs or interfere with Umami page-view measurement.
2.2 Analytics cookies (PostHog — consent required)
With your consent, we use PostHog (European instance: eu.i.posthog.com) to measure traffic and improve the product. PostHog sets its own session and anonymised tracking cookies. The full list is available at posthog.com/docs/privacy.

PostHog is configured in identified profiles only mode and records nothing until you explicitly consent.
3. What we don't use
Sealio does not use advertising cookies, third-party trackers for targeting or cross-site tracking, or social network pixels on the marketing site.
4. How to manage your preferences
Through the consent banner: on your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. Your choice is remembered in your browser.
Through your browser settings: you can configure your browser to block or delete cookies. See your browser's documentation for how.
To reset your choice: clear your browser's local storage for the usesealio.com domain. The consent banner will appear again on your next visit.
Declining analytics cookies does not affect how the service works.
5. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the trackers we use or in the regulation. Any change will be published on this page with an updated date.
